iGET SECURITY EP13 - Wireless Keypad with RFID Reader Wireless keypad with RFID reader for remote control of the iGET SECURITY M5 alarm system. For changing alarm modes: arming, disarming, and stay mode after entering a numeric code. Can be used together with the EP22 RFID key/chip for easy control. Features an LED status panel. Tamper protection, highest-level 256-bit data encryption, long-lasting rechargeable battery (6 months), and the alarm system continuously monitors this accessory’s activity—signal strength, battery percentage, and more.
The keypad is fully touch-sensitive and features indicator LEDs—displaying the status of both the alarm and the keypad. Includes a Li-ion battery for 6 months of operation without mains power, or it can be powered via a 230 V AC adapter, which is included in the package. The package also includes a special wall mount with a trigger. Easy pairing with the alarm base set via QR code. Placement distance from the main unit up to 1 km. For indoor use.
The main advantage of using the keypad is that the alarm’s base unit is kept secure, and the alarm can be controlled remotely via the keypad—this ensures a higher level of protection, as an unwanted visitor would have difficulty locating the base unit. When the battery is low, the keypad notifies the central unit, which then sends a notification to the app or via SMS. It includes a tamper (triggers an alarm if the rear keypad bracket is removed). Using the iGET SECURITY EP22 RFID key/chip together with the keypad, it can also be controlled via RFID.
Key features:
- simple expansion of the basic alarm set and increased security level; just scan the QR code on the keypad
- includes a status panel with LEDs to indicate the alarm status (red: alarm active, green: alarm inactive, blue: Home mode)
- The alarm can be activated and deactivated simply by holding an RFID key near the keypad
- Includes a rechargeable internal Li-ion battery; when disconnected from power, the keypad can operate for up to 6 months
- The keypad can be powered and charged using a 230 V, 50–60 Hz adapter with a 5 V DC 1 A output, included in the package
- The iGET SECURITY M5 alarm can thus be controlled using the iGET SECURITY EP13 keypad, the iGET SECURITY EP5 key fob, and the iGET M5 mobile app. The status is always synchronized across all devices
- Using the iGET SECURITY EP22 RFID key/chip together with the keypad, the system can also be controlled via RFID (to arm and disarm the alarm)
- includes 4 functions for various alarm settings: the locked lock button for full activation, the unlocked lock button for deactivation, the house button for Home mode, and the tamper button to trigger an alarm when the rear bracket is removed
