Description of main features:

Heart rate measurement -
The watch continuously measures and records your heart rate; in the H Band app menu, you can enable high heart rate alerts.

Sleep tracking
- Sleep tracking is only available between 6 PM and 9 AM.

Sports modes:
- Outdoor running – the watch measures heart rate, calories burned, steps taken, and distance; to record your route, you can use the GPS Movement feature in the H Band app, which records your route, distance, speed, and calories.
- Walking – the watch measures heart rate, calories burned, steps taken, and distance; to track your route, you can use the GPS Movement feature in the H Band app, which records the route, distance, speed, and calories.
