You can view all measured training metrics right on the wristband itself thanks to the 0.96" display (160 x 80 px). The wristband can also be paired with your smartphone, allowing you to view new notifications from apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, or Skype, as well as SMS and caller previews. After you read them, they automatically delete and remain only on your phone. Additionally, the wristband functions as a classic watch, displaying the current time.

Keeps you active
As mentioned earlier, the wristband can monitor your athletic performance, but it can also alert you to various things. Thanks to special features, it will send you a signal, for example, if you’ve been sitting at the computer for too long or haven’t had a drink in a while. Using the app, you can track the band if it goes missing, or set up to 5 different notifications that will alert you at a set time via sound and vibration.

Each version of Android manages the phone’s battery power consumption differently; in some cases, it is necessary to adjust system optimizations so that Android does not automatically shut down apps running in the background.
The reason for the connection being terminated between the app/mobile phone and the watch is therefore the specific version of Android running on the mobile phone, which controls the behavior and power consumption of apps running in the background on the mobile phone—not the watch or the app itself.
Always check for system updates for your mobile phone before configuring Android optimizations, and if any are available, install them first.
