INTELEK declares that all personal data is confidential; its processing is necessary for the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, to which the data subject is a party, or for the implementation of measures taken prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject, and will not otherwise be disclosed, provided to a third party, etc.
The visitor has the right to withdraw their consent at any time and to be forgotten. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal. The personal data processed by the company comes exclusively directly from visitors, and its processing is carried out automatically without further profiling. INTELEK acts in such a way that the data subject’s rights are not infringed, particularly the right to human dignity, and also ensures protection against unauthorized interference in the data subject’s private and personal life. Personal data voluntarily provided by a visitor to the company for the purpose of submitting a form inquiry is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the applicable laws and legislation of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended and in force, and, as of May 25, 2018, in accordance with the GDPR.

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data by INTELEK LTD, organizational unit, ID No. 19654821, with its registered office at Ericha Roučky 1291/4, Brno, 627 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno (hereinafter referred to as “INTELEK” or “the Company”) in connection with the use of the iGET SECURITY M4, iGET M5, and iGET M6 mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Applications”).
INTELEK respects your right to privacy. Whether you use the app, visit our website, or communicate with us electronically in any other way, we will always take all necessary measures and do our utmost to secure your personal data. Our processing of personal data will always be in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) and in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “ZOOÚ”).
INTELEK undertakes to store all personal data collected from individuals who use our application and utilize our online tools and services in an accurate, confidential, and secure manner, solely to the extent, for the purposes, and for the duration specified below. The principles governing this processing are also set forth in this document.
What personal data do we store about you?
INTELEK processes your personal data only on the basis of a legal or contractual authorization, consent provided, or a legitimate interest. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal data of any kind; however, please note that if you refuse to do so, you may not be permitted to use certain website features or services that depend on the provision of such data. INTELEK will always use the personal data you provide only to the extent listed below:
- Login credentials and personal identification data (first name, last name, username) for the purpose of creating a user account and logging into the application, as well as to assist in the operation of our application and to ensure the provision of the services you need and request. We may sometimes deem it necessary to use personal identification data as a means to inform you about other potential products and/or services that INTELEK may offer;
- Email address for the purpose of logging into the application. Occasionally, we may use your email address for marketing purposes or to send you notifications regarding new services offered on our website or through our app that we consider important. We may also contact you to invite you to participate in surveys and/or questionnaires regarding your opinion on current or potential future services we may offer. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you can opt out during registration or by clicking the unsubscribe link in email communications, although we reserve the right to continue sending notifications regarding your account;
- Phone number for the purpose of logging into the app.
When using the iGET SECURITY M4, iGET M5, and iGET M6 apps, we may collect and store information (including personal data) locally on your device in the app’s cache.
How we process your data while using the iGET SECURITY M4, iGET M5, and iGET M6
apps If you agree, you can create your own user account to improve the quality of the services we provide. When creating it, you will be asked to log in to an existing account or to enter new login credentials. The data entered during registration is stored in the cloud storage of Google Belgium nv, Chaussée d'Etterbeek, 180, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, where it is verified whether the login credentials you entered are already in use. If none of the information you provided is in use, a new user account will be created for you, and the data you entered during registration will be stored in the cloud storage. The created user account then communicates with the app and your device for the purpose of saving settings and controlling the M4, M5, M6, etc. alarms.
All users and/or visitors to our applications have the option to stop receiving messages from us and/or reserve the right to stop receiving messages via email or newsletter. If you wish to stop using our application or unsubscribe from it, please send an email to our address requesting unsubscription.
What are the legal grounds for processing your personal data?
We process your login credentials and device-specific data for the purpose of entering into a contract and fulfilling contractual obligations. We need your login credentials to identify you and provide you with cloud storage services, where we store your settings. Logging in also serves to secure access to your alarm.
Based on the company’s legitimate interest or your consent, we may also send you news about the services you use with us. For example, if you register in the iGET SECURITY M4, iGET M5, and iGET M6 mobile apps, we will send you news regarding the iGET SECURITY M4, iGET M5, and iGET M6 apps. However, you can unsubscribe from news and other marketing communications (or adjust the scope) at any time via the link in each message we send.
In some cases, we may ask you to consent to a specific method of processing your personal data. If you give us your consent to process your personal data, you may revoke it at any time by sending an email to the contact address.
To Whom We Disclose Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed by the company. The company will process personal data both manually and automatically, either directly or through its employees.
The company may transfer your personal data to other processors for the purposes mentioned above so that they can process it on behalf of the company. These processors are:

We reserve the right to transfer all of your personal data that we have available to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale of all or part of our assets.
Retention Period
We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. Typically, this will be for the duration of our service provision to you or for the period required by law for its retention. If we hold your data because you have voluntarily consented to it, we will process it for the duration of your consent, unless you revoke it earlier.
For direct marketing purposes, personal data will be processed for a period of 5 years following the termination of service provision.
Personal Data of Individuals Under 16
Our app is not intended for children under 16. An individual under 16 may use our app only if their legal guardian (parent or custodian) grants consent.
How is your personal data secured?
Your personal data is under our constant physical, electronic, and procedural control. We use modern control, technical, and security mechanisms to secure it, so that we can provide your data with the maximum possible protection against unauthorized access or transfer, against its loss or destruction, and against other possible misuse.
Everyone who comes into contact with your personal data in the course of fulfilling their work or contractual obligations is bound by a strict legal and/or contractual duty of confidentiality, which remains in effect even after the termination of their employment or contractual relationship with us. We regularly monitor compliance with these obligations, including security requirements, both internally and among our suppliers, to ensure you have the utmost confidence that your data is well protected.
All communication between the app installed on your device and the cloud storage is encrypted.
However, please keep in mind that even the best security measures cannot completely eliminate all risks. Any data published online is susceptible to theft and misuse by unauthorized third parties. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your personal data. We assume no liability if a third party circumvents any privacy settings or security measures.
Your Rights

The right to erasure means that we must erase your personal data if

you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; or
we are required to do so by law.
The right to restriction of processing means that until we resolve any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we may only store it and, if necessary, use it for the purpose of establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
The right to object means that you may object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes or on the basis of a legitimate interest. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.
Changes to
the Privacy Policy INTELEK reserves the right to update and/or modify the terms of our Privacy Policy, and as such, we will publish these changes on the homepage of our website at www.iget.eu, so that users and/or visitors always know what type of information we collect, how it will be handled, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose this information. If at any time we decide to maintain any personally identifiable information in a manner significantly different from that stated at the time of collection, the user or users will be immediately notified by email. Users will then have the option to decide whether or not to allow their data to be used in this different manner.

For all other mobile applications under the INTELEK brand, our clients have control over all personal data collected through our products. We collect data based on our clients’ instructions, and the processing of this data is limited to the purposes of providing the service for which our clients have engaged us. If you are a customer of one of our clients and no longer wish to be contacted by any of our clients who use our services, please contact the client with whom you are communicating directly.
Definitions
In this policy, personal data refers to information created, collected, recorded, and/or stored electronically or otherwise that can be used to identify an individual or reflects an individual’s activities, either based solely on that information or based on that information and other information to which we have access regarding that person.
Sensitive personal data includes personal biometric data, communication records and content, health information, transaction information, and precise location information. If we collect sensitive personal data from you, we will obtain your explicit consent prior to collecting such data.
Smart devices refer to computing devices manufactured or produced by hardware manufacturers, with a human-machine interface and the ability to transmit data, that connect wirelessly to a network, including: smart home appliances, smart wearable devices, smart air purifiers, etc.
What Personal Data We Collect
In order to provide you with our products, we will ask you to provide the necessary personal data required to provide these products. If you do not provide your Personal Data, we may not be able to provide you with the Products.
1. Data you voluntarily provide to us.
- Account or profile information: When you register an account with us, we may collect your name and contact information, such as your email address, phone number, username, and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we may further collect your nickname, profile picture, country code, language preferences, or time zone information into your account.
- Feedback: When you use the feedback and suggestion features in our products, we will collect your email address, mobile phone number, and the content of your feedback so that we can promptly address your issues and resolve device malfunctions.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
- Device Information: When you interact with our Product, we automatically collect device information such as your device’s MAC address, IP address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, app version number, notification ID, log files, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: During your interaction with our Websites and Services, we automatically collect usage data regarding visits, clicks, downloads, messages sent/received, and other usage of our Websites and Services.
- Log Information: When using our app, system logs and exception logs may be recorded.
Please note that device information or log information alone cannot be used to identify a specific individual. However, if these types of non-personal information can be used in combination with other information to identify a specific individual, such non-personal information will be considered personal data. Unless we have obtained your consent or unless otherwise required by data protection laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such non-personal information.
- Location Information: If you enable location-based features through the permission settings on your mobile device, we will collect and process information about your location to enable certain features, such as pairing with your Smart Devices. We may also collect information about your precise or approximate geographic location in real time when you use certain Smart Devices or related services, such as a robotic vacuum cleaner and a weather service.
Based on your consent, when you enable the geofencing feature on the Products, your location information will be generated and shared with Google Maps services. Please note that Google has appropriate privacy measures in place, which you can read in more detail in Google’s Privacy Policy: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/gdprservices/. You may opt out of such use of your location information by managing the permission settings in the Products, after which we will stop collecting and using your location information.
3. Related Information About Smart Devices
- Basic Information About Smart Devices: When you connect your Smart Devices to our Products or Services, we may collect basic information about your Smart Devices, such as device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and update information.
- Smart Device Setup Information: When you purchase security-related products and set their name or description—for example, if you name a video doorbell “Welcome doorbell”—as well as information about changes to the location where the security product is paired and any modifications to these settings.
- Information reported by Smart Devices: Depending on the various Smart Devices you choose to connect to our products or services, we may collect various information reported by your Smart Devices. For example, smart cameras may report images or videos they have captured.
Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
The purposes for which we may process your personal data are as follows:
- To provide you with services: We process your account and profile data (including information about community services), device information, usage data, location information, and information related to Smart Devices so that we can provide you with the products and services you have requested or purchased. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you under our Terms of Use.;
- Improving our services: We process your device information, usage data, location information, and information related to Smart Devices to ensure the functionality and security of our Products, to develop and improve our Products and Services, to analyze the effectiveness of our operations, and to prevent and monitor fraudulent or inappropriate use. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you in accordance with our Terms of Use;
- Non-marketing communications: We process your personal data to send you important information regarding our services, changes to our terms and policies, and/or other administrative information. Because this information may be important, you cannot opt out of receiving such communications. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you under our Terms of Use;
- Marketing communications: We may process your personal data to provide you with marketing and promotional materials about our products and services. If we do so, every communication we send you will include instructions allowing you to opt out of receiving future communications of this kind. The legal basis for this processing is your consent. Additionally, if you agree to participate in our sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities, we may use your personal data to administer these activities;

5) To protect our facilities, operations, and systems, and to pursue available remedies for this purpose or to limit damages we may be required to pay;

7) Sharing Personal Data in the public interest in accordance with laws and regulations.
8) With subsidiaries or affiliates within our corporate family for the purpose of conducting ordinary business activities. We will share only the Personal Data necessary for the stated purpose, and our affiliates will also be bound by this Privacy Policy. If the purpose of processing Personal Data changes, we will obtain your explicit consent again so that we may continue to process your Personal Data.

4) In the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or part of our business, assets, or shares (including, but not limited to, in connection with bankruptcy or similar proceedings). In such a case, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website regarding any change in ownership, incompatible new uses of your personal data, and the options you may have regarding your personal data. Data We disclose your Personal Data only under the following conditions and take security measures in accordance with industry standards:

Subject to compliance with laws and regulations, upon receiving the aforementioned request for access to Personal Data, we will require appropriate valid legal documents, subpoenas, or letters of inquiry. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, the files we disclose are protected by encryption keys.
Security Measures
We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical security measures to maintain the integrity and security of your personal data, including, among other things, the following security measures: implementing strict internal data management systems and processes, encrypting personal data (including during transmission, storage, and processing), data de-identification, separation of employee roles and responsibilities, conducting security and data protection training for our internal employees, access control and monitoring, etc., to prevent the leakage, unlawful use, unauthorized access, or breach of personal data.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you may have with us has been compromised), you may immediately notify us of the issue by sending an email with your company’s contact information.
If a security incident affects the security of your account or personal data, we will immediately notify you via the email address, phone number, or Notification Center, etc., that you have provided to us, and we will inform you of any suggestions for mitigating or preventing related risks. If necessary, we will immediately take appropriate corrective measures in accordance with our internal security response plan and file a report with the relevant authorities.
Individual Rights Regarding Personal Data

You do not have to pay any fee to exercise your personal data rights. Depending on various data protection laws, your request regarding your personal data rights will be processed within 15 business days or within 30 calendar days due to differing response requirements.
If you decide to email us, please clearly state what information you wish to change in your request, whether you wish to have your personal data deleted from our database, or otherwise let us know what restrictions you would like us to apply to the use of your personal data. Please note that for security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before taking further action on your request.
You may:
request access to the personal data we process about you;
request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data we process about you;
request the erasure of personal data concerning you;
request a temporary or permanent restriction on the processing of some or all of your personal data;
request the transfer of personal data to you or a third party, provided that we process the data based on your consent or a contract with you and that our processing is automated;

- Withdrawal of Consent: We will exercise your right to withdraw consent for the protection of Personal Data in the following ways:
1) For personal data consents obtained through device system settings, you may withdraw your consent by changing device permissions, including location, camera, photo album (image/video library), microphone, Bluetooth settings, notifications, and other related features;
2) In marketing communications to which you have consented, the information we send you includes instructions that allow you to withdraw your consent in accordance with the “opt-out” method described in the information;
3) If you opt out via the app on your smart device, information related to that smart device will not be collected;
4) When using the product in guest mode, we will not collect any of your personal data;
If you withdraw your consent or authorization, we may no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding products or services. However, the withdrawal of consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal data based on your consent prior to the withdrawal.

International Transfer of Collected Information
: INTELEK primarily adheres to data localization requirements, and minimal data transfers involve international transfers; however, to facilitate our operations, we may transfer, store, and process your personal data in jurisdictions other than where you reside. Data
Retention We process your personal data for the minimum period necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless there is a specific legal requirement for us to retain the data for a longer period.
