iiGET SECURITY MP4 - Wireless Magnetic Door/Window

Sensor A wireless magnetic sensor designed to detect when doors and windows are opened, for the iGET SECURITY M6-4G alarm system. It alerts you if you forget to close a window or door when leaving. Tamper protection, very long battery life of 5 years; the alarm system constantly monitors the sensor’s activity, signal strength, battery level, and more.

The sensor attaches to door and window frames. The second part of the sensor is placed directly on the door or window. If these two parts are separated by 1 cm, the sensor detects movement. The sensor also monitors the status of doors and windows, allowing it to alert you which ones remain open when the alarm is triggered. Modern design, low power consumption. Easy pairing with the basic alarm set via QR code. Placement distance from the main unit up to 800 m. For indoor use.

Main parameters:

• intended for use where monitoring via the opening of a magnetic contact is required, i.e., it reacts when doors, windows, etc., are opened,
• detection based on the separation of two magnetically connected parts; one part is mounted on the door/window frame and the other on the door/window; as soon as they are separated by more than 1 cm, the contact opens and a signal is sent to the alarm,
• this sensor also informs the alarm of the current status of the window/door—i.e., whether the window/door is currently open or closed. When the alarm is activated upon leaving the premises, it notifies you via the app or SMS which window/door has been left open, and you can choose whether to leave it that way or not.
