1. iGET Product Returns:
You can file a complaint either with your retailer or directly at an authorized service center by submitting a new complaint request through the complaint portal at https://reklamace.intelek.cz. The portal will then assign you an RMA number, which you should use to label your product and send it to the service center along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
 
If you send the device without an RMA number, there may be a delay in the service center receiving it, and if it cannot be identified as a warranty claim, the device may be returned to you.
 
2. Place the product being claimed in its original box or in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transport to the service center.
 
3. The warranty does not cover damage to the product incurred during transport to the service center. You must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
 
4. Before filing a claim, first check whether a fix or update is already available on your product’s website, or review our helpdesk website for instructions and procedures.
 
5. BEFORE FILING A CLAIM, BACK UP YOUR CONTACTS AND OTHER DATA (APPS, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, etc.), OTHERWISE YOU RISK LOSING ALL YOUR DATA!
